Our members enjoy the convenience of one monthly fee that covers all utilities: gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, and pest control. Even annual bills, such as real estate taxes and property insurance are included.

Dining

Park Springs™ members will enjoy a wide variety of dining options. Our meal plan is flexible, allowing members the ability to create a dining experience that fits their lifestyle. In addition to the four dining venues, members can take advantage of take-out or home delivery at no additional cost. Our members are able to enjoy meals on their own schedule at their convenience.

Full-Service Clinic

Our Medicare certified clinic is led by a Board Certified Geriatrician and two geriatric nurse practitioners. The staff specializes in comprehensive care for older adults. Clinic services are available to all members.

In addition to providing medical care, the clinic provides education, health monitoring and wellness promotion. Those members that require our skilled nursing are able to receive care for 90 cumulative days free of charge.

Transportation

One perk that Park Springs™ members enjoy is our transportation services. We provide scheduled transportation to-and-from popular areas and attractions. Park Springs™ provides transportation to any of the off-campus scheduled activities to all members that choose to participate. We strive to make all your transportation needs as simple and effortless as possible.

Housekeeping

Park Springs™ provides bi-weekly housekeeping for all of our members at no additional cost. The bi-weekly cleaning includes household chores, bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.

In addition to the bi-weekly cleaning services, Park Springs™ housekeeping staff completes a deep and detailed cleaning each year, to make sure that your residence remains in top condition.

Lawn Care

We handle all indoor and outdoor landscaping, mowing, planting and maintaining. Our groundskeepers help ensure the beauty that encompasses the entire residential area, including the preservation of our natural parks and conservation areas.
