Isakson Living is made up of four distinct, yet integrated component operations:

Development. Isakson Living specializes in the development of retail centers and residential communities in Atlanta and select Southeastern U.S. cities. As a comprehensive developer, its menu of services ranges from site investigation at the beginning of the process to tenant coordination on the other end. Isakson Living's development portfolio currently exceeds 4 million square feet and exceeds $300 million in real estate value.

Construction. The firm oversees all phases of design and construction for all new Isakson Living projects. This level of involvement in the construction phase assures quality and consistency, while reducing risk.

Property Management. Isakson Living's strong reputation for property management is well deserved. The firm partners with project owners to anticipate and manage long- and short-term needs. Isakson Living currently manages over one million square feet of mixed-use property.

Older Adult Housing. The company's newest area of activity is the development of residential communities that provide a continuum of care, meeting the needs of discerning adults over age 62 for amenity-rich, independent living. In July 2004, Isakson Living opened its award-winning senior residential community, Park Springs, a 398-unit continuing care retirement community located in Stone Mountain. Atlanta's first campus-style CCRC, Park Springs is the 2005 recipient of the National Association of Home Builders 50+ Housing Council's Platinum award for the Best Overall Community in the Large CCRC category and Gold Award for Best Common Area Interior Design in the CCRC category. Park Springs is credited with utilizing sophisticated technological advancements throughout the community's common area, residences and in its health center. Isakson Living is now launching Peachtree Hills Place, its second community. Peachtree Hills Place won the 50+ Housing Council's 2006 Silver Award for On the Boards CCRC - Large.
