Park Springs to Host Holiday Tour of Homes Dec. 18
November 4, 2009 - STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – Park Springs, the Southeast’s leading continuing care retirement community will host “A Merry Day of Fun,” the community’s first Holiday Tour of Homes and Auction on Friday, Dec. 18 from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Twenty homes and villas will be decked out in holiday splendor and on tour from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. A silent auction will begin at 1:30 p.m. in Community Hall followed by a festive holiday party and live auction at 5:30 p.m. The cost of the tour is $20. All proceeds will benefit the Park Springs Foundation for educational scholarships for employees at Park Springs.
Items to be auctioned will include stays at vacation homes, hotels and bed and breakfasts, gift certificates, fine jewelry, art work, and other items. Park Springs is an Atlanta retirement community adjacent to Stone Mountain Park located off Bermuda Road which runs off of West Park Place Blvd. Guests may park in the Target store located at 2055 W Park Place Blvd, Stone Mountain GA 30087 and take a shuttle to the Park Springs Campus.
