Yes! Our Vintage Home Program team will help select a realtor, price the house, prepare it for showing and recommend improvements. We'll even assist with utilities and maintenance and we'll keep the house looking great and secure while it's on the market.*

What about the Park Springs entry fee?
As a Vintage Home Program participant, you'll pay just a portion of the entrance fee for the Park Springs home of your choice. The sale of your house will provide the balance due. If the sale has not closed within 18 months of your moving to Park Springs, we will work with you to establish an annual installment plan.*

In about 3 months! Once you have entered the Vintage Home Program, you will select your new home, pay a portion of the entrance fee, and within about 3 months you'll be enjoying life at Park Springs.*

My house needs some work. Is that a problem?
Not at all! The Vintage Home Program offers a network of professional service providers to assist with any needs around your house. In some cases nothing more than a good cleaning and a "for sale" sign are all that's required. In other cases significant repairs may be necessary to prepare the house for a successful sale. We'll help you assess your situation and oversee the work for you.*

When we move in will we be Full Members?
Absolutely! Through the Vintage Home Program, you are a full Member of Park Springs with all the rights and privileges. You'll have full access to all amenities, services and onsite healthcare. The only delayed benefit is the discounted cost of skilled nursing care. So, join the chorus, start a club, enjoy out-yourdoor golf, entertain or be entertained!

Will there be a particular person who is our Vintage Home Program contact?
Yes! You will have a dedicated Move-in Coordinator who will listen to your needs and work with you every step of the way. Your Move-in Coordinator will orchestrate everything from realtors to painters and contractors to lawn care, and help you feel at home at Park Springs.
